Crafty Girl

Your favorite thing is to create with paper. You are ingeniously creative and I give you full reign most of the time when you cry in frustration "mama!  I need black paper and duct tape!"  Or a stapler and a broom...

Yesterday Henry sighed because we were trying to leave to go to Shrove Tuesday at church, and you lagged behind as usual, finishing "one last little thing". He said "oh man why does she like to do so many crafts?" . I said "you like cars, she likes crafts".

What I was really thinking was "because with crafting, she is just like me".  And it made me smile.
